1、 Special vehicle training
BGS signed the training authorization agreement with Douglas Equipment Co., Ltd. of the UK and JBT Aerotech company of the United States on January 19, 2009 and March 18, 2009, respectively. It has officially become the training base of Douglas and JBT.
On April 10, 2009, Douglas awarded Douglas tractor trainer qualification to BGS full-time trainer in charge of tractor training. The trainer has solid theoretical knowledge, rich practical operation experience and strong operation guidance ability. In the training, according to the operation characteristics of Douglas tractor and JBT special vehicle, the theoretical knowledge was combined with the simulator operation, based on the basic principles of the vehicle, and the actual operation experience was integrated, and the operation process was clear and clear.
By the end of 2011, while undertaking internal training, BGS has provided professional training for various types of special vehicles such as towing vehicles and platform vehicles for HNA business aircraft, Nanjing, Inner Mongolia, Lanzhou and other airports, which has been recognized and praised by peers in the industry.

2、 Dangerous goods training
In November 2006, BGS formally applied to the Civil Aviation Administration for the establishment of a dangerous goods training institution. After strict examination and approval, BGS obtained the qualification of dangerous goods training organization at the end of December 2006, becoming the first ground agent company to obtain such qualification in China.
At present, the company has 5 IATA Dangerous Goods professional teachers, all of whom have many years of practical operation experience, and can develop targeted training plans for different types of personnel. The key points of the training course are highlighted, the theoretical knowledge is combined with practical operation, and the content is clear and easy to understand. A large number of pictures and videos are used in the teaching. Through the analysis and explanation of real cases, each trainee can fully understand the importance of the safe transportation of dangerous goods, especially the different emergency treatment methods that should be adopted in case of emergency, so as to help the trainees better understand and master the knowledge points and ensure the safety of air transportation.
By the end of 2011, BGS's dangerous goods instructors have provided various kinds of training for more than 2600 people from more than ten units, such as Heilongjiang airport group, Jilin airport group, Hohhot Airport ground service and Chongqing airport ground service, and won unanimous praise.
