Passenger transport quality
The passenger transport department is responsible for the transport support services and a series of extended services for passengers. "Operate according to the procedures and serve with wisdom" is the service spirit of BGS throughout the process of passengers entering and leaving the port. Guide the inbound passengers to get off the plane, assist them to pick up and check their luggage; handle check-in procedures, check-in luggage and guide passengers to board; allocate load to the aircraft and balance the aircraft; Provide special services (including cabin wheelchair, ordinary wheelchair, unaccompanied children, people with audio-visual impairment and mobility disabilities, elderly passengers, etc.) and VIP (VIP) services for inbound and outbound (old, weak, sick and disabled) passengers, apply for crew passport, arrange and send relevant telegrams.
Passenger service items: check-in, stowage, aviation, check-in, ticketing, lounge, special passenger service.
Special note: the above services shall be submitted by passengers in accordance with the regulations of the airlines, which shall be provided by BGS.
