It provides high-quality ground services to both domestic and international passengers and has consistently achieved high scores in the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality Survey for many years, ranking first among the five ground handling companies at Capital Airport. BGS has also received numerous commendations from the airlines it serves for its outstanding service performance. To date, BGS has obtained ISO 9001—Quality Management Certification, ISO 14001—Environmental Protection Certification, OHSAS 18001—Occupational Health and Safety Certification, and CEIV Pharma Pharmaceutical Handling Certification.
