BGS ensures the smooth departure of the 100-member musical ensemble.

On January 27, BGS provided safe and convenient departure services for 102 young performers traveling to the Sydney Opera House on Singapore Airlines flights, along with the 164 pieces of musical instruments they were carrying. The service was highly praised and appreciated by the young travelers, the airline, and the Beijing Youth Cultural Palace. It is reported that, at the invitation of the organizers of the Sydney Opera House, the Beijing Youth Cultural Palace carefully selected 102 children to form an art troupe that traveled to Sydney for a performance. The troupe brought along more than 20 types of musical instruments, including erhu, guzheng, pipa, tea ceremony equipment, and accordion. To ensure the safe and smooth transportation of this special baggage, relevant departments of BGS worked closely together, assigning dedicated personnel as required to deliver the luggage to the designated locations, thereby guaranteeing that the baggage would be transported flawlessly. Since this musical instrument group was traveling on a regular commercial flight rather than a chartered one, in order to ensure that the hundred young passengers could quickly pass through security without interfering with other travelers and to maintain the safety of the guidance process, BGS’s check-in department dispatched an operations team with extensive experience in handling special cases. During the check-in process, the team swiftly and accurately entered and verified passenger information, confirmed each child’s name and flight details on their boarding passes, and provided detailed instructions to the tour leaders regarding boarding routes and procedures. The group was divided into several smaller subgroups, each under the full supervision of a dedicated escort, ensuring that the entire group could smoothly and efficiently complete security checks and depart from the airport in an orderly manner. This prevented any incidents such as lost members or missed flights, thus providing solid support for the group’s smooth boarding and the safe operation of the flight.
