Stay unmoved by temptation; return lost property with integrity and earn a fine reputation. BGS employees found 70,000 yuan in cash and returned it to the passenger.
As an ordinary employee, if 70,000 yuan in cash were placed right in front of you, how would you choose? Recently, Liu Guoxin, a ground handling staff member at BGS, demonstrated with his actions exactly what the BGS employees would do. His behavior once again highlighted the noble character of BGS employees and earned him a letter of thanks from a passenger! On January 17, Mr. Li, traveling on flight HU7702, forgot his bag—containing more than 70,000 yuan in cash—in the shuttle bus while heading to the remote aircraft stand. The lost bag was fortunately discovered by Liu Guoxin, a BGS shuttle bus driver, during a routine inspection of the vehicle. Liu immediately reported the find to his department and promptly contacted the airline’s ground service staff, ensuring that the bag was returned to Mr. Li in time. Overwhelmed with emotion upon seeing his lost bag safely returned, Mr. Li offered to reward Liu generously on the spot—but Liu politely declined. This act of integrity has been widely praised by both passengers and the airline. Good deeds like this happen frequently in BGS’s frontline departments. BGS employees not only provide convenient and efficient services to hurried travelers but also often bring unexpected joy and touching moments at critical times, fully embodying the spirit of serving passengers by anticipating their needs and addressing their urgent concerns. As the Spring Festival travel rush is still underway, BGS employees remain as committed as ever to fulfilling their promises and doing their utmost to ensure the smooth operation of the travel rush.
