“The National Gate Is Made Brilliant Because of You”—The Capital Airport’s 2011 Awards Gala Successfully Held BGS Received the 2011 Outstanding Ground Service Award in the Capital Airport Area

On December 30, 2011, at the Capital International Airport, during the “The Gateway of China Is Made Brilliant by You” 2011 Awards Gala, BGS was awarded the “Outstanding Ground Service Award” by the Capital International Airport Passenger Service Promotion Committee. “Meeting customer needs and constantly pursuing excellence”—BGS has always been committed to fostering a service philosophy that treats passengers as friends and turns customers into partners. With sincere hearts, friendly words, and enthusiastic attitudes, BGS has ensured the smooth operations of 52 airlines, providing comfortable travel experiences for both domestic and international passengers. The gala was jointly organized by the Capital International Airport Security Management Committee, the Passenger Service Promotion Committee, and the Operations Coordination and Management Committee. Deputy Director Xia Xinghua of the Civil Aviation Administration presented awards to the winning representatives. Wang Yong, Deputy General Manager of BGS, took the stage to accept the award on behalf of the company, while Deputy General Manager Zhang Wuye attended the gala. A total of 24 people—including BGS employee Wang Jingyi, who received the “China Service Star” award, and BGS employee Shen Yusheng, who was honored as a “Safety Model,” as well as other BGS representatives—participated in the gala.
