To improve High-ranking official To enhance employees’ emergency response capabilities in security-related emergencies, BGS organized a security emergency tabletop exercise on June 22. A total of 14 key personnel from various departments participated in the exercise.

The exercise involved various scenarios—such as “unclaimed items found within the jurisdiction,” “suspicious individuals attempting to climb over the perimeter fence,” and “passengers forcibly rushing through the registration checkpoint”—and prompted all departments to conduct tabletop simulations and provide analytical feedback. The exercise placed particular emphasis on highlighting key points and procedures for handling emergency responses, and required each department to promptly revise and enhance their emergency plans and risk management measures in light of the suggestions made during the exercise, thereby improving response efficiency.

Through this exercise, the handling procedures for emergency security incidents across various departments have been further standardized, interdepartmental coordination has been enhanced, and each department’s ability to effectively respond to security emergencies has been improved, laying a solid foundation for the company’s safe and stable production operations.
