On the afternoon of June 24, Lü Haifeng, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, along with members of the leadership team, visited various production sites—including the terminal boarding gates, the airfield operations control center, the maintenance and repair depot, and the international cargo terminal—to extend their heartfelt greetings and support to the ground service staff who are working tirelessly under intense heat and on the front lines of epidemic prevention and control.

Since the start of summer, temperatures have been steadily rising, and the prolonged heat has been putting every frontline employee to a rigorous test. Company leaders have delivered care packages—including heat-relief drinks and ice towels—to frontline workers, offering them heartfelt warmth and a refreshing respite from the summer heat. At the same time, leaders have earnestly reminded employees to take proper safety precautions when working in high-temperature conditions, emphasizing the importance of heat prevention and cooling measures as well as balancing work with rest. Additionally, departments have been urged to pay close attention to employees’ occupational health and summer heat protection, ensuring the labor safety and well-being of frontline staff.

On-site employees fully felt the company’s care and concern, and unanimously expressed their commitment to staying firmly at their posts, turning this care into motivation for their work. They pledged to deliver even more professional service and demonstrate greater enthusiasm as they wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to epidemic prevention and control as well as safe production, thus contributing to the company’s high-quality development.

BGS places great importance on summer heat prevention efforts and continues to implement the initiative “Doing Practical Things for the Masses.” We have conducted on-site surveys and visits focused on caring for our employees, fully incorporating their suggestions and feedback. We’ve expanded the variety of cooling and comfort items provided, increased the proportion of sugar-free and energy drinks, adjusted the distribution methods and delivery routes for heat-prevention supplies, and ensured that all measures are effectively implemented at the frontline. This ensures that our heat-prevention efforts are truly effective and helps us build the “Unity-Boosting Project.”
