To effectively carry out the special initiative of "Bringing Management Resources into Special Zones and Integrating Party Affairs into Closed Loops," strictly implementing the responsibilities of the four parties involved and strengthening control over all tasks within the closed-loop system, and continuously leveraging the party-building leadership role of the BGS temporary Party branch under the “Two Concentrations” model, on September 6, Lü Haifeng, Secretary of the BGS Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, conducted a video visit and work deployment for three mid-level managers who have recently joined or are about to join the “Two Concentrations” program.

At the meeting, Lü Haifeng carefully listened to briefings from middle-level managers on the Party building activities, business operations, and identified issues during the “Two Concentrations” period, and put forward specific requirements for the subsequent “Two Concentrations” work. First, it is necessary to continuously refine the working mechanisms for “Two Concentrations” management personnel, revising and detailing the job requirements and completion standards for these personnel. Second, we must strengthen training for “Two Concentrations” staff, providing systematic training on aspects such as business content, epidemic prevention measures, and command systems during the “Two Concentrations” period. Third, we should improve the incentive mechanism, offering various forms of recognition and incentives to personnel who have entered the “Two Concentrations” multiple times and those who have demonstrated outstanding performance. Fourth, we need to optimize the allocation of epidemic prevention supplies, explore the introduction of smart epidemic prevention equipment, enhance protection levels, and improve work efficiency. Fifth, we must enhance the special situation handling capabilities and emergency management skills of “Two Concentrations” management personnel, strengthen training and drills for emergency incidents, and improve their ability to handle special situations.

Lü Haifeng emphasized that in the “Two Concentrations” work, it is crucial to strengthen the role of management personnel and Party workers, mobilizing and engaging the broad masses of employees to actively carry out all tasks within the closed-loop system. It is essential to strictly enforce all regulations on epidemic prevention and control as well as safe operations, and resolutely reject empiricism, complacency, and a mentality of侥幸. Party members and cadres must set an example and serve as a guiding banner, actively leveraging the fighting fortress role of Party branches and the exemplary, pioneering role of Party members in the “Two Concentrations” work, thus achieving outstanding results in welcoming the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

Lü Haifeng expressed his condolences and gratitude to the personnel involved in the “Two Concentrations,” and requested that they step up coordination and make improvements to address the issues identified on-site.
