To further enhance the political and theoretical literacy of Party members and actively foster a strong learning atmosphere, on November 2, BGS established Party-building book corners in five employee lounges within the closed-loop system, enriching the study and daily life of Party members and the general public, sparking enthusiasm for learning and boosting work motivation, and strengthening team cohesion and unity.
It is understood that BGS has provided rest rooms for employees within the closed-loop system at both T3-D and the International Cargo Terminal. Since these rest rooms are part of the closed-loop management, employees lack access to relevant recreational facilities as well as platforms for learning and communication during their breaks. Following a comprehensive preliminary survey and taking into account the specific characteristics of work within the closed loop, BGS made a unified purchase of books covering topics such as Party building, psychology, team-building, and personal skill enhancement, along with small bookshelves. As a result, Party-building reading corners have been set up in all five employee rest rooms within the closed loop. The establishment of these Party-building reading corners has greatly enriched the rest and leisure activities of employees under the “two concentrations” model, enabling them to relieve work-related stress while also learning and acquiring relevant knowledge.
Next, BGS will actively develop the “Unity Project”—a program designed to unite and warm employees’ hearts—based on the actual needs of employees under the “Two Centralizations” initiative. We will continue to enrich employees’ work and life experiences, step up our care and support for frontline staff, and create a more comfortable and pleasant working and resting environment for our employees.
