Recently, BGS received multiple letters of appreciation from Beijing Panda Aviation Services Co., Ltd., expressing gratitude and high praise for the outstanding performance of Xiao Bo Dan, head of the Major Operations Office at the Central Operations Control Center, as well as Xin Peng Zhang; and also recognizing the exceptional contributions made by staff members Hongwei Shi, Dongmiao Tian, Lei Tang, and Linlin Zhang in ensuring flight operations.

It is reported that recently, the保障 mission encountered rare severe weather conditions in Beijing—intense thunderstorms and strong winds—which posed certain challenges to on-site operations and safety levels. In the preparatory phase, the Major Events Office made meticulous arrangements for each stage of the operation based on the actual situation, actively reminding the agent companies to take appropriate measures under extreme weather conditions and coordinating the allocation of aircraft parking positions that met the required standards. During the保障 period, when unexpected issues arose during aircraft mooring operations, the office promptly notified the agent companies and provided them with multiple reasonable and effective recommendations. It also proactively coordinated with relevant specialized units, successfully resolving the special circumstances on site. As a pivotal hub for information transmission, the Air Traffic Control Center maintained active communication and proactive engagement with the agent companies, ensuring that flight information was promptly and accurately relayed to all relevant support departments and positions. Furthermore, the center worked closely and effectively with higher-level authorities, fully leveraging its role in information dissemination and operational coordination.
