In accordance with the overall plan for developing management case studies at Capital Airport Group Co., Ltd. as in previous years, BGS recently organized a kickoff meeting for the management case study initiative. A total of 26 participants attended the meeting, including mid-level managers from operational departments, heads of functional support offices, and personnel responsible for case coordination and related writing tasks.  

This BGS Management Case Initiative Kick-off Meeting provided detailed briefings and explanations covering four key areas: the 2022 management case award-winning cases and recognition results, the Group Corporation’s 2023 case review schedule, the draft BGS Management Case Guidance Plan, and the 2023 BGS Management Case Review Requirements. Unlike previous years, this year marks the first time that all functional departments have fully participated in the Group’s case review process. Each department and office has enthusiastically responded to this year’s management case development efforts, expressing their commitment to building on past excellent work experiences, systematically summarizing and transforming those experiences, and striving for even better results in this year’s Group Corporation management case review.

Going forward, BGS will actively collaborate with the Group company on the specific tasks of case development, continuously promoting the summarization, writing, and transformation of cases at all levels and across various departments within the company, thereby deepening and innovating our case work at every level and taking it to new heights.
