To provide more reliable communication support to frontline departments during the de-icing season, BGS recently conducted stress tests on walkie-talkie equipment.

The testing team conducted tests on 800 MHz walkie-talkies, NFT-10 handheld terminals, and China Unicom walkie-talkie equipment. The test areas included Apron N, Aprons 6, and Apron 7, and the tests simulated scenarios of heavy usage that might occur during the de-icing season. Through these tests, staff members documented the performance of each device model and verified the signal coverage at various aprons, laying a solid foundation for ensuring smooth operations in the future. In addition, the Department of Science and Technology Information provided training to operational staff on the proper use of each type of equipment, enabling them to fully harness the devices’ performance, extend their service life, and enhance their reliability.

This test effectively evaluated the performance of various intercom models within the same domain, further clarifying the operational requirements for communication equipment. Moving forward, BGS will continue to test a variety of communication devices to meet the demands of high-quality, high-efficiency production and provide greener, more efficient communication solutions.
