To fully align with and implement the Civil Aviation Administration’s safety management requirements and the Group Company’s “Panoramic Blueprint for Safe Development,” and to further enhance the company’s safety governance system and standardize all aspects of safety management, BGS has comprehensively revised and issued the “Safety Management Regulations of Beijing Airport Ground Services Co., Ltd.” and organized a briefing session on November 2.

The meeting provided a detailed introduction to the purpose, scope of application, basis for preparation, system framework, and key points of each chapter of the BGS Safety Management Regulations. It focused on interpreting the nine core changes introduced in the revised version of the Safety Management Regulations and offered guidance on the requirements for aligning various system elements with these changes. The meeting emphasized that the Safety Management Regulations serve as a guiding document for BGS’s safety management, clearly defining the fundamental requirements for all safety management activities within the company. They also facilitate the organic integration of BGS’s practical safety management experience with civil aviation safety management principles and the Group’s “Panoramic View of Safe Development” management model. All departments were urged to carry out thorough communication and learning efforts and fully implement all requirements outlined in the Safety Management Regulations.

Next, BGS will continue to actively align with the requirements of the Civil Aviation Administration and the Group Company, rigorously implement the Group Company’s latest work arrangements for the panoramic mapping project, and organize key positions involved in core safety risks to develop and refine business panoramic manuals structured in a three-tier framework—“map—plan—manual.” Through systematic management of safety efforts, we will continuously strengthen our safety foundation.
