To resolutely reverse the passive situation in BGS’s safety performance, further promote the implementation of the dual-prevention mechanism for production safety responsibilities, and comprehensively strengthen safety culture development, recently, members of the company’s Party Committee and mid-level managers from various operational and support departments visited and studied at the Beijing Municipal Training Base for Production Safety. The working group of the Group Corporation stationed at BGS was also invited to join the visit. All participants of the third batch of team leader safety training camp at BGS accompanied the group on the visit.
The Beijing Municipal Safety Production Training Base is a comprehensive safety skills training facility that focuses primarily on identifying safety hazards and recognizing safety risks. The training base features realistic simulations and models that closely resemble actual daily production environments. Trainers meticulously recreate various pre-set hazards found on-site, providing trainees with clear and accessible explanations and analyses of even the smallest details of these hazards and effective methods for identifying them. By conducting full-process, hands-on simulation exercises in lifelike scenarios, the trainees gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of safety hazards. Through active participation in hazard identification, recognition, and rectification efforts, they experience a truly meaningful and impactful learning process that resonates deeply with their minds and hearts.
Aviation safety is a matter of paramount national importance. For BGS, safety is the lifeline, the red line, and the bottom line. This time, the company’s leadership, together with middle-level managers, combined their visit and study tour with the ground service team leader safety training camp—demonstrating BGS at all levels’ determination and confidence in tackling deep-seated problems with strong measures and firmly upholding safety. This initiative has effectively deepened the safety philosophy and fostered a shared commitment to safety. Moving forward, BGS will continue to strengthen its lean management approach to safety development, guided by the Group’s “1-8-8-4-N” comprehensive framework for safety development. We will further refine our dual prevention mechanism, comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of supervision and inspection, and continuously reinforce work style through close monitoring of training effectiveness, operational standards, and risk identification. In doing so, we will strive to lay a solid safety foundation and contribute to driving the Group’s high-quality development.
