To strengthen the building of the Party membership, strictly control the entry threshold for Party members, maintain the Party’s advanced nature and purity, and further enhance the political literacy and ideological awareness of those being considered for Party membership, in accordance with the spirit of relevant documents such as the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and the Detailed Rules for the Work of Developing Party Members of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of BGS organized a special training course for prospective Party members from December 13 to 15, providing them with intensive training and assessment.

This training adopts an online live-streaming format for centralized learning, with specialized lectures delivered by instructors from the Party School of the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the University of Political Science and Law. In line with the requirements for Party member education and management under the new circumstances, the training content focuses on topics including the original aspirations and missions of Chinese Communists, Party spirit cultivation, self-revolution, the Party Constitution, the procedures for joining the Party, and energetically writing a new chapter for civil aviation in the process of Chinese-style modernization. The aim is to further enhance the sense of responsibility and vanguard consciousness among those being considered for Party membership, help them correct their motives for joining the Party, consciously uphold the Party’s fine traditions and work styles, firmly establish a sense of organizational discipline, and strengthen their awareness of serving the people and taking on responsibilities. At the same time, the training integrates Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as well as knowledge about the Party’s history into its content, thereby further solidifying the ideals and convictions of those being considered for Party membership, strengthening their “four consciousnesses,” bolstering their “four self-confidences,” and ensuring they “two safeguards.” This will continuously reinforce the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members and the fighting fortress role of Party branches.

After the training concluded, the candidates for development took an assessment on the learning content to further verify their learning outcomes and wrote reflections on what they had learned. The trainees unanimously expressed that this training has laid a solid ideological and theoretical foundation for becoming qualified members of the Communist Party of China. In their future studies and work, they will closely link the theories they have learned with practical situations, consciously use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party to strengthen their minds, actively put into practice the original aspirations and missions of CPC members, and fully play their role as pioneers and role models.
