Abnormal luggage has always been a major problem in the aviation industry, which has caused a lot of inconvenience to passengers. In order to improve the service quality of BGS baggage inquiry, improve the service quality of passengers, alleviate the troubles of passengers after abnormal luggage conditions, and minimize the inconvenience of passengers, the baggage inquiry Division has formally implemented the use of "mobile counter" with BGS logo this month after careful research and planning.
