Training Services

I. Special Vehicle Training
On January 19, 2009, and March 18, 2009, respectively, BGS signed Training Authorization Agreements with Douglas Equipment Ltd. of the United Kingdom and JBT Aerotech of the United States, officially becoming a training center for both Douglas and JBT.
On April 10, 2009, Douglas awarded the Douglas Truck Trainer Qualification to BGS’s full-time trainer responsible for tractor-trailer training. The trainer possesses solid theoretical knowledge, extensive hands-on experience, and strong skills in providing operational guidance. During the training, the instructor integrated theoretical knowledge with simulator-based practice, taking into account the specific characteristics of Douglas tractor-trailers and JBT special vehicles. Building on the fundamental principles of vehicle operation, the instructor incorporated practical operational experience, ensuring that the operational procedures were clear and well-defined.
As of the end of 2011, while conducting internal training, BGS had provided specialized training on various types of specialized vehicles—including tow tractors and platform vehicles—to numerous airports such as Hainan Airlines Business Jet, Nanjing, Inner Mongolia, and Lanzhou, earning recognition and high praise from industry peers.
II. Hazardous Materials Training
In November 2006, BGS formally submitted an application to the Civil Aviation Administration for the establishment of a dangerous goods training institution. After undergoing a rigorous approval process, BGS obtained the qualification as a dangerous goods training institution at the end of December 2006, becoming the first ground handling company in China to receive such certification.
The company currently has five IATA-certified instructors specializing in dangerous goods, all of whom have many years of hands-on experience and are capable of developing targeted training programs tailored to different categories of personnel. The training courses are highly focused, combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, and feature clear, easy-to-understand content. During instruction, numerous images and videos are used, and through analysis and explanation of real-life cases, each trainee gains a thorough understanding of the importance of safe transportation of dangerous goods—especially the various emergency response procedures that should be adopted when encountering urgent situations. This approach helps trainees better comprehend and master key concepts, thereby ensuring the safety of air transportation.
As of the end of 2011, BGS’s hazardous materials instructors had provided training in various categories to more than 2,600 personnel from over ten organizations, including Heilongjiang Airport Group, Jilin Airport Group, Hohhot Airport Ground Services, and Chongqing Airport Ground Services, receiving unanimous acclaim.
