Passenger transportation services

  Passenger Transport – Quality

  The Passenger Services Department is responsible for providing transportation support services and a range of extended services for passengers. “Operate according to procedures, serve with wisdom” is the service ethos that BGS consistently upholds throughout the entire passenger journey—from arrival to departure. We guide arriving passengers off the aircraft, assist them in collecting and checking their luggage, and help them with baggage inquiries. For departing passengers, we handle check-in procedures, accept checked baggage, and direct passengers to their gates. We also allocate and balance aircraft loads to ensure optimal weight distribution. In addition, we provide special services for passengers requiring assistance (including those with mobility impairments, elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, passengers with visual or hearing impairments, and passengers with limited mobility), as well as VIP services for high-profile guests, including processing crew passports and preparing and dispatching relevant telegrams.

  Passenger service items: check-in, load planning, air traffic services, passenger security checks, ticketing, lounge services, and special passenger services.

  Special Note: The above-mentioned services must be requested by passengers in accordance with the airline’s regulations and will be provided by BGS on behalf of the airline.
