BGS conducts specialized management training for newly promoted managers.

To strengthen the development of the company’s management team, stimulate the innovative and creative vitality of talented individuals, and better support the implementation of the company’s strategic goals, BGS recently organized a special management training session for 19 newly appointed branch managers from operational departments and heads of functional support departments.

This training session is the second in a series of programs specially designed for newly appointed management personnel, under the high attention and emphasis placed on it by the company. The Party and Mass Work Department, the Audit and Legal Affairs Department, the Quality and Safety Department, the Central Operations Control Center, the Human Resources Department, and the Training Department each delivered lectures and facilitated exchanges around six key themes: "Strengthening Ideological and Political Guidance to Solidify the Ideological Front," "Linking Discipline and Law to Prevent Official Corruption," "Safety Service Management," "Emergency Rescue and On-Duty Management," "Human Resource Management for Non-Human Resource Managers," and "Efficient Training Management." The lecturers closely aligned their presentations with the company’s key tasks for 2022, providing clear and insightful explanations from various angles—including the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the effective implementation of the “two roles,” the building of integrity among cadres, the overall status of safety services, human resource management, relevant procedures for emergency rescue and on-duty management, and critical aspects of training management. As a result, participants not only gained valuable insights but also developed practical skills and knowledge that they can immediately apply to their work. Participants expressed that they had greatly benefited from the training and pledged to build on their current roles, leverage their professional strengths, and actively contribute to the company’s development.

Through this intensive, specialized training, newly appointed managers have enhanced their understanding of their new positions and improved their adaptability, laying a solid foundation for building a young cadre team that is highly principled, possesses great development potential, dares to take on challenges, and excels in innovation.
