BGS Holds Its First Management Trainee Rotation Report and Exchange Meeting

To implement the requirements of the “Cohesion Project” and strengthen the company’s talent pipeline development while vigorously cultivating young key personnel, BGS held its first Management Trainee Rotation Report and Exchange Meeting on November 9. Attending the meeting were Lü Haifeng, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board; Zhang Hongkong, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary; and Shi Yuhong, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager.

At the meeting, the Human Resources Department introduced the training programs and highlights of each department involved in the rotation assignments. The 24 management trainees then took turns presenting their rotation experiences. While sharing their rotation journeys, they also drew on practical insights from their respective positions and put forward well-reasoned suggestions centered on the company’s core business, offering valuable advice for the company’s high-quality development. Company leaders fully praised the management trainees’ rotation reports and expressed their hopes and suggestions for their future development: First, stay true to your original aspirations and hold firm to your beliefs—staying steadfast is the inner strength that enables young people to move forward steadily and far; second, set ambitious goals, carefully plan your career based on your own strengths, and continue to maintain a youthful and energetic attitude; third, cherish the present moment, work down-to-earth, cultivate your inner capabilities, ensure that what you learn can be put into practice, and grow together with the company through tough times; fourth, take a long-term view, continuously challenge and push yourself, enhance your overall coordination skills, and embrace every “breakthrough” in life’s journey.

The nearly six-month rotation experience has enabled the management trainees to further elevate their perspective, broaden their horizons, and gain a deeper understanding of the business operations across various positions within the company. This has also strengthened their sense of responsibility and mission, laying a solid foundation for them to fully unleash their personal potential and contribute to the company’s high-quality development in the future.
