To continuously refine and optimize the company’s systems and strictly manage workforce utilization, while also widely collecting feedback and suggestions from all departments, Recently, BGS held a communication meeting on attendance management, attended by attendance specialists from operational departments and selected functional departments.

Since the issuance of the revised “Company Attendance Management Measures” earlier this year, the company has received some feedback and questions regarding the specific implementation of these measures. At the meeting, the Human Resources Department briefed participants on the key revisions to the regulations and provided answers and guidance on issues that have arisen in daily attendance management since the new rules were introduced. To ensure effective implementation of the regulations, the company has requested that all departments thoroughly communicate, convey, and put into practice the internal attendance management procedures. During the Q&A session following the meeting, the Human Resources Department addressed the questions raised by various departments and collected and organized the suggestions they submitted.

Going forward, BGS will integrate suggestions from all departments, focus on overall strategic development, continuously optimize relevant management systems, and further enhance production and operational efficiency.
