Beijing Airport Ground Services Co., Ltd. (Chinese abbreviation: “Ground Services Company”; English abbreviation: BGS) was established in 1994 and is China’s first Sino-foreign joint venture in the field of airport ground services. The company’s shareholders include Capital Airport Group Co., Ltd. (CAH), Singapore’s SATS Limited, China Eastern Airlines Corporation, and China Southern Airlines Company Limited.
Currently, the company has a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees and provides ground handling services to 42 airlines—including Singapore Airlines, Air France, and Air China—that operate at Beijing Capital International Airport, holding a 52% market share at the airport.
As one of China’s most influential aviation ground service companies, BGS helps enhance the comprehensive support capabilities of Beijing Capital International Airport and provides full-service ground handling for both domestic and international airlines. Our services cover the entire spectrum of ground operations, including passenger check-in, special passenger assistance, premium lounge services, aircraft weight and balance, baggage handling, cargo and mail processing, specialized vehicle support, in-flight cabin cleaning, aircraft maintenance and line services, and aircraft de-icing and anti-icing operations.

III. Recruitment Requirements
(1) Age: In principle, applicants should be 35 years old or younger (inclusive).
(2) Education: Possess an associate’s degree (inclusive) or higher;
(3) Other conditions:
1. Good physical health; able to endure hardship and work diligently, with a strong sense of responsibility; possesses excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit; capable of adapting to shift work schedules.
2. Obey the company’s job assignments;
3. Meet the onboarding requirements for new employees at the ground handling company, including passing the medical examination, training, and background check.

V. Recruitment Process
The recruitment process includes individual application, resume screening, written test, interview, and offer of employment. The specific dates for the written test and interview will be announced separately. VI. Recruitment Information
(1) Applicants are requested to submit, along with their application, the electronic registration and filing form for academic degrees issued by the Ministry of Education’s China Higher Education Student Information Network, as well as scanned copies of relevant certificates (see instructions in the link for details).
(2) As per the regulations, prospective employees must provide the company with their “Certificate of No Criminal Record” or relevant supporting documents before commencing work at the airport. They must also submit photocopies of their own ID card as well as those of their spouse and parents (or direct caregivers).
(3) After the prospective employee reports for duty and successfully completes the pre-employment training, medical examination, and background check, they will sign a long-term employment contract with the company. The initial contract term is typically three years, with a probationary period of six months. The company will determine the salary based on the employee’s position and, in compliance with national laws and regulations, will contribute to the “six insurances and two funds” (including supplementary medical insurance and enterprise annuity).
